We needed support for multiple, multi-site, multi-year research grants totaling over $500,000. Before, during, and after each project, Rosemary was always ahead of us with helpful forecasts, analysis, plans, actions, and delegations. In over a decade of research project management, I may not have encountered anyone who is more competent, kind, and prompt than Rosemary and I often find myself wishing we had someone like Rosemary managing our current projects.

She was the person you could go to when something needed to happen, and you just KNEW it was going to get done. She skillfully guided me through arcane financial reimbursement processes and managing research funds. She is an expert at web applications our school uses such as SAP Concur, Workday Financials, and Kuali. I honestly cannot overstate how important her role as Operations Manager was to keeping the entire School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences (HASS) running smoothly.
